Fay Kieu
Fay Kieu (pronounced “Q”) was born in Vietnam and came to the United States with her mom, Tracey, as first-generation immigrants. After spending years in the hospitality industry, Tracey opened her own spa in Philadelphia — and more than 20 years ago, she was the first to tattoo Fay’s eyebrows! You could say beauty runs in the family — Fay’s Aunt Mimi also owns a spa in Philadelphia, and together they’ve inspired Fay’s deep passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful.
Fay studied permanent makeup under Master Rebecca Zhong of Beca Beauty in El Monte, California. Rebecca, who learned her craft in China over 15 years ago, has trained more than 100 students from across the U.S., and Fay is proud to be one of them.
