About Fay Kieu
Fay Kieu
Fay Kieu (pronounced "Q") was born in Vietnam. She and her mom Tracey, were first generation immigrants to the US. After a number of years of working in the hospitality industry, Tracey opened up her own spa in Philadelphia and tattooed Fay's eyebrows over 20+ years ago! You can say that the beauty industry is in the families' blood as Fay's Aunt Mimi also owns a spa in Philadelphia.
Fay studied permanent makeup under Master Rebecca Zhong of Beca Beauty in El Monte, CA who learned her craft in China over 15 years ago. Rebecca has trained over 100 students, many of which travel from around the US just to study under her.
Fay lives in Garnet Valley with her husband David and 2 sons Van and Jet. The family also consists of dogs 🐶 cats 🐈⬛ chickens 🐔and pigs 🐖!
